1. General Agreement
Acceptance: These Terms govern your relationship with Knights Studios concerning the purchase of goods. All purchases are subject to these Terms.
Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
2. Products and Ordering
Product Descriptions & Accuracy (POD Disclaimer): As a Print-On-Demand service, while we strive for exceptional accuracy, please understand the following:
- Color Variation: Due to variations in computer monitors, printing processes, and materials, the colors of products shown on the Site may differ slightly from the physical product received. We cannot guarantee exact color matching.
- Design Placement: Please review all mockups carefully. Minor adjustments in placement or size are possible depending on the specific print area of the chosen garment or item.
- Customization: The final product you receive is based on the design files and specifications provided by you (or the designer). You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded artwork is high-resolution, correctly formatted, and legally cleared for commercial use.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices listed are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the binding price for your transaction.
Payment: We accept various payment methods processed securely through WooCommerce and Stripe (e.g., credit cards). By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your account.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Processing Time: Orders are not shipped immediately. There is a standard processing time required for design setup, printing, and quality control before shipping begins. This timeframe will be provided on the order confirmation page.
Shipping Risk: Once the product has been handed over to the designated carrier (USPS, etc.), we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Customs/Taxes: For international orders, you are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your country.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
At Knights Studios, we pour dedication into every piece we create. Because our items are custom-made and produced only after payment is successfully received, please review all sizing, color choices, and personalization details extremely carefully at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
All original artwork, designs, logos, and content displayed on Knights Studios are the intellectual property of Knights Studios or their respective licensors and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our copyrighted material without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Knights Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or products, including but not limited to losses resulting from shipping delays, printing variations, or external service outages. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
8. Customization
Customer Proofing Agreement
By submitting my custom order, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Design Finality: I have reviewed my custom text, spelling, layout, and image placement. I understand that my design will be printed exactly as I have arranged/submitted it, and no changes can be made once the order is placed.
- Image Quality: I am responsible for uploading a high-resolution, clear image. Knights Studios is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or dark prints resulting from low-quality files provided by the customer.
- No Refunds for User Error: Because this item is uniquely custom-printed for me, I understand that I am not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange due to my own spelling mistakes, incorrect size selection, layout choices, or change of mind.
📜 Acceptable Content Policy for Personalized Items
By uploading files, images, graphics, or text to personalize products on our store or via our linked Printify Pop-up storefront, you agree to adhere to our content guidelines.
We reserve the right to review, reject, and cancel any order that contains content we deem inappropriate. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Explicit Content: Pornographic images, nudity, graphic sexual depictions, or highly suggestive material.
- Hate Speech & Violence: Images or text that promote discrimination, racism, hatred, violence, or harm against any individual or group.
- Copyrighted Material: Logos, characters, brands, or artwork that you do not own or do not have explicit legal permission to use.
- Harassment & Defamation: Content intended to bully, threaten, libel, or harass others.
If your order is flagged for violating this policy, your order will be immediately canceled, and a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for any delays this cancellation causes. You retain full legal responsibility and liability for the content you upload and print.
