1. Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Because all of our items are custom-printed just for you, your order goes through two phases before arriving at your door:
- Production (Fulfillment): It takes 2 to 7 business days to print and pack your item.
- Shipping (Transit): Once printed, standard shipping takes an additional 3 to 6 business days for domestic orders.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 13 business days.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.00 for the first item, and $2.00 for each additional item.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.
3. Multiple Packages & Split Shipments
We source our products from specialized print providers to ensure the highest quality. If you order different types of items (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may ship in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your items are printed and handed over to the carrier, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
5. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your tracking status says “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting customer support.
