📦 Our Promise: When It’s Our Fault

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error in production on our part (wrong print, incorrect item sent), we will happily resolve the issue.

  • Timeline: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Action: Please provide clear, high-resolution photographs showing the defect or damage.
  • Resolution: We will arrange a free replacement reprint for you, or issue a full refund upon your request. Note: There is no need to return damaged goods.

❌ Customer Responsibility & Custom Orders

Since all products are custom-made only after payment is received, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The item was ordered in the incorrect size, color, or style (i.e., mismatch between expectation and selection).
  • Buyer’s remorse, or subjective preference upon arrival.
  • Failure to review product details and sizing charts before checkout.
